Joined Marks & Worth in March 2022

Rachael is Executive Assistant to Stephanie Pettigrew and the Family Law team. As Stephanie's right-hand "person", she is responsible for managing Stephanie's and the wider team's time, schedules, and priorities. She ensures that each day the team operates a finely tuned machine, allowing the legal team to focus on what they do best – lawyering!

Beyond her traditional role, she is also our self-appointed master of technology and systems, workflow whisperer and office culture ambassador.

Rachael brings the perspective of 20 years in Sales Operations in the brewing industry, she's all about doing things differently and enjoys the Marks & Worth way of not being your "usual law firm", her passion is people and her mantras are "embrace change" and "doing what you say you will".

Her happy place is Wanaka – in their boat on the Lake – reading a book while her husband and son catch fish for dinner!
