Joined Marks & Worth in 2011

Petra embarked on a career in law in 1999, after moving to Dunedin from Australia and joining a local law firm, where she met Marks & Worth Director Sally Peart. Her busy workdays are focused on money matters: reconciling Trust and MDS accounts, billing, making payments, transferring funds, preparing conveyancing settlements, and chasing accounts rendered. 

Once given a glove and put out in the field for her first baseball game, she now lives by her coach's advice to ‘look like you know what you’re doing, even if you don’t’. Her work happy place is filled with music, sunshine, a jungle of plants, chocolate and good conversations with office buddy Sarvana. At home, she basks in nature by sitting on her deck, looking at the water, and listening to birdsong.
